BENETEAU : Transactions sur Actions Propres
Le 24 novembre 2025, BENETEAU S.A., entreprise cotée sur le marché XPAR, a publié un communiqué concernant ses transactions sur actions propres. Au cours de la semaine du 17 au 21 novembre 2025, la société a acquis un total de 75 400 actions. Ces achats ont été réalisés à des prix pondérés moyens variant entre 7,600 € et 7,850 € par action.
En détail, le 17 novembre, 15 100 actions ont été acquises à 7,850 €, suivies de 14 700 actions à 7,720 € le 18 novembre. Le 19 novembre, 14 900 actions ont été achetées au prix de 7,730 €. Les 20 et 21 novembre, BENETEAU a acquis respectivement 15 000 et 15 700 actions, toutes deux à 7,600 € par action.
