BENETEAU's Half-Year Review of Liquidity Contract
On January 28, 2026, BENETEAU SA published its half-year report for the liquidity contract entrusted to Rothschild Martin Maurel. As of December 31, 2025, the liquidity account showed €1,854,353, with no securities in reserve.
During the second half of 2025, BENETEAU recorded 7,647 share transactions, including 3,840 purchases and 3,807 sales. This activity encompassed 616,512 shares purchased for a total amount of €5,091,285.13, and 641,512 shares sold for €5,284,507.64.
Compared to the situation on June 30, 2025, where 25,000 shares and €1,661,131 were on the liquidity account, the notable change lies in the number of shares in reserve, which has fallen to zero.
