Transactions on BENETEAU's own shares
On October 20, 2025, BENETEAU SA, a public limited company with a Management Board and Supervisory Board, announced its transactions in its own shares. During the period from October 13 to 16, 2025, several acquisitions were made on the XPAR market.
On October 13, BENETEAU acquired 18,500 shares at a weighted average price of €7.960. The following day, the volume increased to 15,700 shares, purchased at an average price of €7.920. On October 15 and 16, the volumes were 4,684 and 2,137 shares, respectively, with average prices of €8.000 and €7.980.
These transactions reflect moderate purchasing activity in the market, probably aimed at optimizing the management of BENETEAU's own capital.
