The BENETEAU Group has announced the availability of its 2023 Annual Financial Report from April 30, 2024 on its official website. Concomitantly, the meeting notice for the Combined General Meeting of Shareholders, scheduled for June 4, 2024, is also published online, with prior notification published in the Bulletin des Annonces Légales Obligatoires on April 29, 2024.
Essential for the meeting, all the required documents have been included in the annual report. Any additional documents will be accessible at the company's headquarters and on its website no later than May 14, 2024. These publications aim to ensure total transparency and to keep shareholders and investors informed of current administrative and financial processes.
