Bénéteau: Transactions on own shares from August 12 to 16, 2024
The Bénéteau group has published a press release concerning its transactions in its own shares carried out between August 12 and 16, 2024. During this period, several transactions were recorded, mainly on the Euronext Paris market (XPAR).
On August 12, 13,700 shares were purchased at a weighted average price of €8.92 on XPAR, while 300 shares were purchased at €8.99 on TQEX. On August 13, 14,000 shares were purchased at €8.86 each on XPAR. On August 14 and 15, 14,000 shares were purchased at €8.91 and €9.04 respectively. Finally, an additional 14,000 shares were purchased on August 16 at €9.18.
These transactions reflect the company's efforts to best manage its outstanding shares and support the value of its title on the financial markets.
