BENETEAU: Transactions on own shares in June 2024
On June 17, 2024, the company BENETEAU SA published a press release concerning the transactions on its own shares, carried out between June 12 and 14, 2024.
In total, three purchasing operations were carried out. On June 12, BENETEAU acquired 11,613 shares at an average price of €11,960 on the XPAR market. On June 13, the volume of shares purchased increased to 20,000, with an average price of €11.670 per share. On June 14, the company purchased 20,000 shares again, this time at an average price of €11,000 per share.
These transactions are part of the company's share buyback policy, aimed at optimizing the management of its capital. The share capital of BENETEAU amounts to 8,278,984 euros.
