Berentzen-Gruppe Reports Profitable Nine-Month Results Amidst Market Challenges

Berentzen-Gruppe Aktiengesellschaft released its preliminary results for the first nine months of 2025, showcasing profitability despite a challenging market environment. The company reported consolidated revenues of EUR 119.4 million, down from EUR 133.9 million a year ago. Operating profit (EBIT) was EUR 5.6 million, compared to EUR 7.6 million in the same period last year.

The revenue decline stems from reduced consumer demand for alcoholic beverages and the impact of selling a mineral water plant in 2024. Adjusting for these factors shows a less significant revenue drop. Despite these challenges, the company maintains profitability with the growth of its Mio Mio brand, which saw an 8% revenue increase.

Looking ahead, Berentzen has updated its revenue forecast to EUR 165.0-169.0 million for 2025, while retaining its earnings forecast. The company plans strategic updates for growth in innovative product categories and new markets.
