Bernard Loiseau SA: Half-Year Results 2024

Bernard Loiseau SA has published its half-year results for 2024. Turnover is €3,585K, down from €3,732K in 2023. This decrease is explained by the drop in attendance at the Relais Bernard Loiseau and the Côte d'Or.

The net result is however profitable, reaching €1,379,000, thanks to the merger bonus following the universal transfer of assets of SARL BL Organisation, generating financial income of €1,520,000.

Also noted are various major renovations and redevelopments in January 2024, as well as a 15% stake in a bistro in Tokyo.

The group remains vigilant regarding the risks inherent to its activity, influenced by the pandemic, geopolitical and economic context. The second half of the year could balance the results thanks to the high season.
