Status of voting rights at Tarkett as of August 31, 2025
On September 3, 2025, Tarkett communicated key information on the structure of its share capital as of August 31, 2025. The total number of shares comprising this capital is 65,550,281. Of these shares, the total number of theoretical voting rights amounts to 123,585,211.
After deducting treasury shares, which are deprived of voting rights, the number of exercisable voting rights is slightly lower, reaching 123,566,652. These figures are provided in accordance with Articles L233-8 II of the French Commercial Code and 223-16 of the General Regulations of the Financial Markets Authority.
