BIC Announces Preparatory Documents for 2025 Annual General Meeting
On April 18, 2025, BIC confirmed that its Annual General Meeting will occur on May 20, 2025, at the Cloud Business Center, Paris. The meeting notice was published on April 7, 2025, in BALO, and a convening notice is scheduled for release on April 28, 2025, in the Journal Spécial des Sociétés.
Documents required under article R. 225-83 of the French Commercial Code are available on BIC's website under the "Annual General Meeting 2025" section. Registered shareholders may request additional documents via email or at BIC's office in Clichy.
Participants will receive convening documentation through mail or email, depending on their chosen notification method. These include the voting form, meeting agenda, and resolutions. A live video broadcast of the meeting will be accessible online, with a replay option available.
