Bike24 Holding AG Sees Profitability Boost in 2024
Bike24 Holding AG reported a significant turnaround in 2024, with adjusted EBITDA rising to EUR 5.3 million, a marked improvement from a EUR 2.9 million loss in 2023. The company also observed a 7% increase in fourth-quarter revenue, contributing to a stable annual revenue of EUR 226.3 million.
The year's profitability was achieved despite initial challenges. An 11% revenue decline in Q1 was followed by gradual recovery, culminating in 7% growth in Q4. Improved inventory management and market expansion, notably in the BENELUX region, underpinned this positive outcome.
Looking ahead, BIKE24 anticipates further growth in 2025, projecting revenues between EUR 233 million and EUR 242 million, alongside an adjusted EBITDA forecast between EUR 7.0 million and EUR 12.1 million. Early 2025 results indicate a strong start, with 11% revenue growth in January and February.
