BioMérieux: Status of shares and voting rights as of September 2025
The company bioMérieux, based in Marcy l'Étoile, has announced the composition of its share capital as of September 30, 2025. The share capital is set at 12,029,370 euros.
In terms of shares, 118,361,220 shares make up the capital. In terms of voting rights, the theoretical number is 190,440,244, in accordance with Article L. 233-8 II of the French Commercial Code.
The calculation takes into account all shares with voting rights, including those currently without them. This count is carried out in accordance with the provisions of the general regulations of the Financial Markets Authority.
