BioMérieux statement on voting rights in July 2024
The company bioMérieux, based in Marcy l'Étoile, has published its monthly information relating to the total number of voting rights and shares for July 2024. With a share capital of 12,029,370 euros, bioMérieux announces that the number of shares amounts to 118,361,220 as of July 31, 2024.
The total number of theoretical voting rights amounts to 191,134,568. This figure includes all shares with voting rights, including those deprived of voting rights, in accordance with the general regulations of the Financial Markets Authority.
This declaration, made to Marcy l'Étoile on August 6, 2024, complies with the obligations provided for by article L. 233-8 II of the commercial code and article 223-16 of the AMF general regulations.
