BioNxt Solutions Addresses AGM Voting Amid Postal Strike

BioNxt Solutions Inc. has provided updates on its upcoming Annual General Meeting due to a Canada Post mail strike. The meeting will occur on November 7, 2025, at McMillan LLP in Vancouver. Shareholders are advised on alternative voting methods as mailed meeting materials might experience delays.

The meeting agenda includes reviewing the 2024 financial reports, electing directors, and appointing Davidson & Company LLP as auditors. Electronic voting options are available with Computershare handling proxies. Beneficial holders should coordinate through their brokers.

BioNxt also announced a marketing partnership with Native Ads, Inc. The campaign, budgeted at up to $200,000, will focus on digital advertising and search engine marketing. Native Ads, a full-service agency, has no financial interest in BioNxt.
