Biophytis Transfers ADSs to OTC Market Following Nasdaq Delisting

Biophytis SA, a clinical-stage biotechnology company, announced the delisting of its American Depositary Shares (ADSs) from the Nasdaq Capital Market due to non-compliance with the stockholders’ equity requirement. The formal delisting will occur on April 26, 2024, when Nasdaq will suspend trading of the company's ADSs. Subsequently, the shares are set to begin trading on the OTC Pink Current Information tier under the symbol "BPTS".

Concurrently, Biophytis is applying for its ADSs to be traded on the OTCQB market, a higher-tier over-the-counter market. This move is part of the company's strategy to reduce its operational costs while maintaining suitable market accessibility for its shares. Biophytis' primary market continues to be the Euronext Growth Paris, where its ordinary shares are listed.
