Renewal of the observation period for BIOSYNEX
BIOSYNEX has announced the renewal of its observation period within the framework of the safeguard procedure. The Strasbourg Judicial Court has granted a six-month extension until September 28, 2026.
Since the start of the proceedings, BIOSYNEX has maintained its ability to meet its debt obligations. The company has implemented cost reduction and reorganization measures, while reviewing its assets to focus on profitable activities.
BIOSYNEX is continuing to develop a debt repayment plan. This phase should be completed before the summer, with a presentation scheduled for September at the Court. The next hearing is set for September 28, 2026.
