BlackRock crosses a stake threshold in Worldline
On January 10, 2025, Worldline announced that BlackRock Inc. has exceeded the threshold of 5% of the company's capital. BlackRock, a New York-based asset manager, said it reached this stake on January 9, 2025. This increase brings its holding to 14,198,837 shares, representing 5.01% of the capital and 4.34% of the voting rights of Worldline.
This crossing results from an increase in shares held as collateral. Of these, 345 shares are represented by ADRs and 65,426 are held as collateral. BlackRock generally exercises voting rights, unless otherwise indicated by its clients.
