BlackRock Crosses Threshold at Bureau Veritas
On May 9, 2025, Bureau Veritas announced that BlackRock, Inc., had crossed the threshold of 5% of the company's voting rights. As of May 8, 2025, BlackRock held 6.62% of the share capital and 5.15% of the voting rights of Bureau Veritas. This increase resulted from an on-market acquisition and an increase in shares held as collateral.
BlackRock, acting on behalf of its clients and funds, now holds 30,037,307 Bureau Veritas shares. This total includes various types of shares, such as CFDs and securities held as collateral. Voting rights are exercised by BlackRock's investment manager, unless the client decides otherwise.
