BlackRock Crosses Threshold for Worldline

On January 16, 2025, BlackRock Inc. announced that it had crossed the threshold of 5% of Worldline's capital downwards. This declaration, transmitted to the AMF, follows a sale of shares on the market, reducing BlackRock's shareholding in Worldline to 4.98% of the capital and 4.31% of the voting rights.
The investment manager operated on behalf of various clients and funds, diverting the equivalent of 14,115,636 Worldline shares. Shares held as collateral also decreased, thus affecting the overall percentage.
This decision also includes 690 Worldline ADRs and 4,462,826 similar shares via a securities lending agreement. Note that 89,230 shares are retained by clients wishing to maintain control of voting rights.
