BlackRock Crosses Threshold in Publicis Groupe
On November 27, 2024, Publicis Groupe SA announced that BlackRock, Inc. has crossed the threshold of 5% of voting rights in the company. Acting on behalf of various clients and funds, BlackRock now holds 13,766,353 shares, representing 5.41% of the capital and 4.94% of the voting rights.
