BlackRock Crosses Threshold in Publicis Groupe
On November 22, 2024, Publicis Groupe SA received a declaration from BlackRock, Inc. This entity, acting on behalf of its clients and funds, crossed downwards the threshold of 5% of voting rights within Publicis Groupe on November 21, 2024.
BlackRock now holds 13,873,692 shares, representing 5.46% of the capital, but only 4.98% of the voting rights of the company. This change is explained by a sale of Publicis shares, both on the market and off-market, as well as a reduction in the shares held as collateral.
The investment manager retains voting rights on these securities, unless otherwise indicated by clients. Exceeding this threshold does not imply any verification by the AMF.
