BlackRock Crosses Threshold in Publicis Groupe
On November 14, 2024, New York-based BlackRock, Inc. announced that it had exceeded the 5% voting rights threshold in Publicis Groupe SA. This crossing occurred on November 13, 2024, with a total of 14,070,980 shares held, representing 5.53% of the capital and 5.05% of the voting rights.
This increase is the result of an acquisition of shares on the market and an increase in shares held as collateral. BlackRock exercises discretionary power on behalf of its clients over the voting rights linked to these securities, unless otherwise requested.
