On August 29, 2024, Veolia Environnement announced that BlackRock, Inc. had crossed the thresholds of 5% of the capital and voting rights downwards. As of August 28, 2024, the American company held 35,931,379 Veolia shares, representing 4.95% of the capital and voting rights.
