BlackRock exceeds Rexel's 5% threshold

On September 2, 2024, Rexel received a declaration of crossing of thresholds from BlackRock Inc., a New York-based company. Acting on behalf of clients and funds, BlackRock announced that it had crossed upwards, on August 30, 2024, the thresholds of 5% of Rexel's capital and voting rights.

BlackRock now holds 15,138,055 Rexel shares, representing 5.02% of the capital and voting rights. This increase is the result of an acquisition of shares on the market and an increase in the number of shares held as collateral.

BlackRock's investment manager said 1,531,339 shares, not included in this calculation, are held on behalf of clients who have retained their voting rights.
