BlackRock reduces its stake in Veolia Environnement
On September 6, 2024, Veolia Environnement announced that BlackRock, Inc. (New York, USA) had crossed downwards the thresholds of 5% of Veolia's capital and voting rights.
BlackRock now holds 35,996,472 Veolia shares, representing 4.96% of the capital and voting rights. This crossing results from an off-market sale of shares and a reduction in the number of shares held as collateral.
Shares held include 1,393,864 ADRs, 580,680 shares via CFDs with no expiry date, and 2,192 shares as collateral. In addition, 3,939,965 shares are held for clients who retain voting control.
