BlackRock reduces its stake in Worldline

On June 3, 2024, Worldline, listed on Euronext Paris, announced that the company BlackRock Inc., based in New York, had fallen below the thresholds of 5% of capital and voting rights. This declaration, received by mail on June 3, 2024, specifies that this crossing took place on May 31, 2024.

BlackRock now holds 12,204,571 Worldline shares, or 4.31% of the capital and 3.74% of the voting rights. The decline results from sales of shares on the market and a reduction in shares held as collateral. Initially, these shares were held on behalf of clients and funds managed by BlackRock.

BlackRock clarifies that, although they have discretion to exercise voting rights, certain clients have chosen to retain control of their voting rights. This change is based on a capital of 282,974,981 shares representing 326,590,951 voting rights.
