BlackRock reduces its stake in WORLDLINE
On March 11, 2025, BlackRock Inc. lowered its stake in WORLDLINE, a company listed on Euronext Paris, to 5%. This information, specified in a declaration sent to the AMF and received on March 12, 2025, reveals that BlackRock now holds 4.95% of the capital, representing 14,025,374 shares on behalf of its clients and funds.
This change in ownership interest results from a sale of shares in the market and a reduction in shares held as collateral. Voting rights represent 4.28% of the total, based on 283,567,969 shares constituting WORLDLINE's capital. BlackRock also retains 88,035 shares for certain clients who have retained their voting rights.
