Bleecker 2025 Half-Year Results: Figures and Outlook

Bleecker has released its half-year results as of February 28, 2025. Rental income reached €12,129,000, a decrease of 20.78% compared to February 2024. This reduction is primarily due to the sale of certain assets. However, on a like-for-like basis, rental income increased by 7.9%, driven by rent indexation and new leases.
Although the net result was negative at €(2,622) K, it showed an improvement compared to the previous year. Investment properties fell to €560,050 K, while net cash declined to €78 K.
Bleecker is continuing its strategy focused on Parisian assets and environmental certification, while consolidating its debt and considering potential new investments.
