Operating income after asset disposal stands at -€10,681 thousand, with a cost of financial debt of €9,584 thousand. The net result reached -€20,266 thousand, mainly due to the variation in the fair value of reclassified buildings and the increase in financial charges.

The group's rental income comes mainly from Paris (78.2%) and Île-de-France (21.8%). BLEECKER no longer holds assets in the region after the sale of a real estate complex to HEM.

BLEECKER is continuing its investment strategy, targeting in particular office buildings in Paris and recent business premises in Île-de-France. The company is also focused on valuing its assets and consolidating its debt.
