PartnerFonds AG Offers Shareholders Exchange for Blue Cap AG Shares

Munich, 27 November 2025 – PartnerFonds AG i.L. has launched an offer to its shareholders to exchange their current shares for those of Blue Cap AG. The Blue Cap shares have been valued at EUR 26.36, reflecting a 40.2% premium over the previous day's closing price on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. The offer is available until December 12, 2025.

PartnerFonds, which currently owns 27.1% of Blue Cap's share capital, aims to redistribute its shares among its own shareholders, potentially altering Blue Cap's ownership significantly. This move could notably diminish PartnerFonds' stake in Blue Cap AG. Other major shareholders of Blue Cap include JotWe GmbH (15.2%), Kreissparkasse Biberach (13.6%), and Schüchl GmbH (10.5%).
