Blue Elephant Energy Enhances Leadership with New COO and CFO

Hamburg-based Blue Elephant Energy (BEE) is reinforcing its executive management by appointing Malte Hippe as Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Dorothee Klinkmann as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Effective March 1, Hippe will oversee asset management, engineering, and IT. With over 20 years of experience in international consulting and management, Hippe previously held senior roles at Boston Consulting Group and Ørsted, focusing on renewable energy projects and operational excellence.

Klinkmann steps into the CFO role, succeeding Dominik Seibert, who has left for personal reasons. Having served as Head of Corporate and Project Finance and Deputy CFO, she has been instrumental in BEE's debt structuring and financial growth. These appointments are pivotal for BEE's next growth phase, as highlighted by CEO Felix Goedhart.
