BNP Paribas launches a €1.15 billion share buyback program
On November 24, 2025, following authorization from the European Central Bank, BNP Paribas announced the launch of a share buyback program for fiscal year 2025. This program represents a maximum amount of €1.15 billion. A contract has been established with an investment services provider to manage these buybacks independently. The repurchased shares will be cancelled.
This share buyback program is in compliance with the European market abuse regulation and is in accordance with the fifth resolution adopted at the general meeting of May 13, 2025. The program aims in particular to cancel shares and meet various capital obligations.
