BNP Paribas Home Loan SFH Reports Stable Mid-Year Financials for 2024
BNP Paribas Home Loan SFH revealed its financial results for the first half of 2024. The company reported net income of €7.47 million, a slight decrease from €7.97 million recorded at the end of 2023. Net banking income for the period was €10.98 million, lower than the €12.77 million noted in December 2023.
The balance sheet total assets reached €35.26 billion, showing a marginal increase from €34.99 billion at the end of 2023. Liabilities also rose slightly, standing at €34.96 billion. Shareholders' equity was reported at €294.29 million.
No major changes were observed post-closing, with no significant events reported. BNP Paribas holds a substantial collateral pool amounting to €41.68 billion in property loans. The company remains integrated under BNP Paribas' full consolidation.
Moving forward, BNP Paribas Home Loan SFH continues to operate aligned with the broader objectives of BNP Paribas Group, without any immediate operational expansions planned outside France.
