Bocana Resources Corp. Updates on Acquisition Delay with London Gold LLC

Bocana Resources Corp. has announced a delay in its acquisition by London Gold LLC due to an incomplete Nasdaq listing and associated funding. Initially set in a July 2026 agreement, the listing and capital access are pending. Consequently, an amended agreement has extended the deadline to finalize the acquisition terms to December 31, 2026.

The revised terms increase the initial capital payment to Bocana from $1.23 million to $2 million, intended for securing deposits and operational funding.
