BOIRON: Declaration of voting rights at the end of September 2025

BOIRON has published its report on the total number of shares and voting rights as of September 30, 2025, in accordance with the requirements of Articles L. 233-8 II of the French Commercial Code and 223-16 of the AMF General Regulations.

As of this date, BOIRON's capital consisted of 17,545,408 shares. The total gross number of voting rights was 17,813,427. However, the total net number of voting rights, after deducting treasury shares deprived of voting rights, was 17,630,294.
