Bold Ventures Announces Non-Brokered Private Placement and Salutes First Nations

Bold Ventures Inc. (TSXV:BOL), based in Toronto, has unveiled a non-brokered private placement offering of up to 8,000,000 working capital units (WC Units) at $0.04 per unit, and up to 12,000,000 flow-through units (FT Units) at $0.05 per unit. The combined offering aims to raise up to $920,000. WC Units include one common share and a warrant to buy an additional share at $0.06 within three years. Proceeds will fund general operations and exploration. Similarly, FT Units comprise one common share and a half warrant, with full warrants exercisable at $0.10 within two years.

Finders' fees may be considered, payable in cash or Bold securities, adhering to TSXV rules. All securities are subject to a statutory hold period of four months and one day, pending regulatory approval. In other noteworthy developments, Bold commends agreements signed between four First Nations and the Ontario Government. These agreements promote the development of all-weather roads and economic progress in the north, particularly in the Ring of Fire region.

Bold's vested interests include a 10% stake in the Black Horse Chromite inferred resource and 40% in other metals within the Koper Lake Property. This property is adjacent to Wyloo Ring of Fire's Blackbird Chromite deposit and near the Eagles Nest Nickel-Copper deposit.
