Bold Ventures Strengthens Management Team with New Appointments

Bold Ventures Inc. (TSXV:BOL) has announced key changes to its management team. Bruce MacLachlan, P.Geo., has been appointed as Director, President, and COO. Additionally, Coleman Robertson, P.Geo., will take on the role of Vice President of Exploration. David Graham will continue as CEO of the company.

MacLachlan brings over 40 years of experience in exploration, having worked with companies like Noranda Exploration and Battle Mountain Gold Co. He co-founded Emerald Geological Services in 2001. Robertson, a McGill University graduate, has been with EGS since 2017 and has extensive experience in gold and base metal exploration.

Graham expressed enthusiasm about the appointments, noting their longstanding working relationships. MacLachlan and Robertson echoed similar sentiments, highlighting their commitment to advancing Bold’s properties and realizing their mineral potential.

In related news, Bold Ventures completed a first tranche of a non-brokered private placement offering, raising funds for exploration and working capital. The offering remains open until August 16, 2024.
