Bondholders of Accentro's 2020/2026 Bond to Acquire Entire 2021/2029 Bond
Berlin, 13 August 2024 – ACCENTRO Real Estate AG has announced that certain members of the bondholder group of the 2020/2026 bond, covering approximately 55% of the outstanding bond, have reached an agreement to purchase the entire 2021/2029 bond. This agreement was made with the sole bondholder of the 2021/2029 bond.
According to the Ad Hoc Group of bondholders, the formal transaction is expected to be finalized by the end of this week. The Management Board of ACCENTRO expressed confidence that this deal would positively influence the ongoing restructuring negotiations with the Ad Hoc Group.
