Bonduelle Announces Availability of Documents for Upcoming General Meeting
Bonduelle has announced the availability of documents for its upcoming Combined General Meeting scheduled for December 5, 2024. The meeting will take place at 5 p.m. in Villeneuve d'Ascq, France. Shareholders can access the agenda and draft resolutions, published earlier in the Bulletin des Annonces Légales Obligatoires.
The full text of these draft resolutions is included in the Shareholder's Booklet, available for download on Bonduelle's website. All preparatory documents required by article R. 22-10-23 of the French Commercial Code are accessible online and at the company's headquarters.
Shareholders have the option to request these documents electronically until five days before the meeting, with specific conditions for holders of bearer shares. Documents are also open for inspection at the administrative headquarters.
