BOOSTER Precision Components Shelves Planned Bond Issue

BOOSTER Precision Components Holding GmbH has decided not to proceed with its planned bond issuance. Management cited the current market situation as the reason for halting the issuance of new senior secured floating rate corporate bonds. Originally announced in November 2025, the company has opted for a written procedure to amend the terms of its existing bond, maturing in November 2026.

A written procedure will be initiated soon to seek bondholder consent for extending the term of the existing bond of EUR 41.5 million. BOOSTER points to a strong performance in 2025 as a positive factor in gaining bondholder approval. The company commits to keeping stakeholders informed as developments occur, in line with legal requirements.
