BOOSTER Precision Components GmbH Issues EUR 18 Million in Subsequent Bonds
Frankfurt, 23 May 2024 – BOOSTER Precision Components GmbH has successfully placed a subsequent bond issue amounting to EUR 18 million following a bookbuilding process. This issuance is part of the company's senior secured floating rate bond loan 2022/2026 with ISIN NO0012713520.
The total outstanding amount under these bonds now stands at EUR 49 million. The subsequent bonds were secured with institutional investors.
Following a previous announcement, BOOSTER Precision Components GmbH has commenced a written procedure requesting bondholders to vote on using the proceeds to repay subordinated loans totaling EUR 15 million. Voting closes on 28 May 2024.
