BOOSTHEAT announces significant progress in 2023

BOOSTHEAT, a French company specializing in energy efficiency, reveals a notable improvement in its activities and financial results for the year 2023. This progression follows a strategic repositioning undertaken, under the aegis of HBR Investment Group, after validation of a plan continuation by the Lyon Commercial Court in May 2023.

The operational repositioning allowed BOOSTHEAT to focus on two main activities. First, innovation in thermal compression solutions that use CO2 as a refrigerant, thereby optimizing energy consumption and reducing environmental impact. Second, the development of its new ImpliciX software solution, intended to improve the performance and maintenance of industrial products.

These strategic changes contributed to a marked improvement in financial results in the second half of 2023. The company recorded a significant reduction in operating losses and a better net result compared to the first half of the year. Furthermore, the clean-up of the balance sheet was spectacularly strengthened thanks to debt repurchase operations and the reduction of indebtedness, providing more stable cash flow and increased financing capacity for the following year.
