BOOSTHEAT Reports Reduced Expenses and New Bitcoin Strategy in H1 2025
BOOSTHEAT, listed on Euronext Growth, reveals a significant reduction in operating expenses and advances in its new Bitcoin Treasury strategy for the first half of 2025. CEO Stéphane Lederman emphasizes the company's dual goal: maximizing asset value and building financial reserves via Bitcoin.
The company reported a sixfold decrease in operating expenses, bringing them down to €226,000 from €1,426,000 the previous year. The operating loss also significantly decreased to €219,000 compared to €1,407,000 in 2024.
BOOSTHEAT reduced its trade payables and debts to social security organizations, while its subsidiary, Bitcoin Hold France, has increased its Bitcoin portfolio by 43% since initial allocation. Despite the progress, the company warns potential investors of the risks associated with Bitcoin market volatility and regulatory changes.
