BOOSTHEAT postpones the publication of its 2024 financial report
French company BOOSTHEAT, listed on Euronext Growth in Paris, has announced the postponement of the publication of its annual financial report for the 2024 financial year. Initially scheduled for April 30, 2025, the publication is now expected before mid-May. This delay is intended to allow for the finalization and auditing of the accounts.
At the same time, BOOSTHEAT has arranged financing in the form of OCEANE-BSA with Impact Tech Turnaround Opportunities. The resulting actions could put downward pressure on the share price and cause significant dilution for shareholders.
