Boron One Holdings Inc. Moves Closer to Mineral Exploitation License for Piskanja Project

On April 30, 2024, Victoria-based Boron One Holdings Inc. announced an update on the mineral exploitation licensing process for the Piskanja Boron Project. The company, listed under TSXV:BONE, has received the Certificate of Reserves from the Serbian Mining Ministry, a crucial component needed to advance to the next licensing step—securing the Approval for the Exploitation Field.

The prerequisite documents and permits for the next approval, including a Serbian-compliant Feasibility Study and an Environmental Impact Assessment synopsis, have been completed. Although most governmental permits have been granted, the permit from the Environment Ministry is still pending. The company expressed confidence in receiving this final permit soon, following which it will immediately apply for the Approval for the Exploitation Field.
