Boron One Holdings Inc. Provides Update on Piskanja Project Licensing

VICTORIA, BC / ACCESSWIRE / June 11, 2024 / Boron One Holdings Inc. ("Boron One" or the "Company") (TSXV:BONE), focused on decarbonizing the planet through its boron assets, has issued an update on its licensing process for the Piskanja Boron Project in Serbia.

The Ministry of Environmental Protection has decided that an environmental impact assessment (EIA) is necessary for the Piskanja Project and has outlined its required scope. Boron One had already engaged the Mining Institute of Belgrade to prepare the EIA in anticipation of this decision.

The Ministry's decision has been publicly posted according to legal requirements. The final documentation detailing the EIA's scope and content is expected soon, allowing Boron One to proceed with its application for "Approval for the Exploitation Field." The full EIA submission is due in 2025.

Boron One is prepared to advance to the next licensing step upon receipt of the necessary documentation from the Ministry.
