Boron One Updates Warrant Exercise Incentive Program
Boron One Holdings Inc. has announced an update to its Early Warrant Exercise Incentive Program. The program is designed to encourage the exercise of up to 9,691,000 unlisted common share purchase warrants initially priced at $0.07 each. The company plans to reprice these warrants to $0.05 during the incentive period, pending TSX Venture Exchange approval.
The original exercise terms and expiration dates remain intact. The incentive period begins on April 23, 2025, and concludes on May 7, 2025. Post-program, unexercised warrants will revert to the initial exercise price. This initiative aims to bolster working capital if warrant holders exercise early.
Insider participation is capped at 10%, with a maximum of 969,100 warrants available to them. The company seeks final regulatory approvals to proceed.
