Borussia Dortmund's AGM 2024: Dividend and Board Changes

Borussia Dortmund GmbH & Co. KGaA held its Annual General Meeting on November 25, 2024, where all agenda items were approved. Key decisions included a dividend of EUR 0.06 per share and the election of a new Supervisory Board.

The company's net retained profits for the 2023/2024 fiscal year amounted to EUR 37,857,162.45. Of this, EUR 6,622,639.20 will be distributed as dividends, while EUR 31,234,523.25 will be allocated to reserves. Additionally, the Supervisory Board welcomed new members Christian Schmid and Michael Zorc, while long-serving members Christian Kullmann and Bodo Löttgen retired.

Silke Seidel was elected as the new Chairwoman of the Supervisory Board, succeeding Christian Kullmann. The board also re-elected Ulrich Leitermann as Deputy Chairman. All resolutions from the meeting are available on the company's website.
