Bpifrance Investissement Resigns from Elis Supervisory Board

On June 5, 2025, Bpifrance Investissement announced its resignation from the Supervisory Board of Elis, effective immediately. The firm had been part of the board since January 9, 2023, with Paul-Philippe Bernier serving as its representative. This move came shortly after the sale of 6,900,000 Elis shares, which was disclosed on June 3, 2025. The decision aligns with the existing governance agreement between Bpifrance Investissement and Elis.
Thierry Morin, Chairman of the Supervisory Board, expressed appreciation for the contributions made by Bpifrance Investissement and Bernier to the Supervisory Board and the Nominations, Compensation, and Governance Committee. The departure marks a significant change in the board's composition.
