Branicks Group AG Announces New Lease in “Gate 9” Near Stuttgart

Branicks Group AG has secured a long-term lease for 2,400 square meters of office space in the multi-tenant office building “Gate 9” in Leinfelden-Echterdingen, near Stuttgart. The tenant, Apleona Südwest, is part of the Apleona Group, a leading real estate and facility management company in Europe.

Recently modernized, “Gate 9” offers over 300 parking spaces and a conference zone equipped with advanced technology within its 17,900 square meters of rental area. The strategic location near the Stuttgart International Congress Center and the Daimler Truck Holding AG headquarters enhances its appeal.

Christian Fritzsche, Chief Operating Officer at Branicks, noted the growing demand for premium office space in Stuttgart and emphasized that “Gate 9” combines quality with excellent connectivity. The building’s flexible design accommodates tenants' needs, further demonstrating Branicks' expertise in real estate revitalization.

Michael Dumke, Managing Director of Apleona Südwest, praised the successful negotiations with Branicks and highlighted the location's strategic importance for serving their customers efficiently.

The property, developed since 2022, showcases Branicks' commitment to upgrading existing structures and reducing vacancy rates, thereby creating value and modern workspaces in challenging areas.
